As a third-generation family-owned business, Central California Insulation takes pride in our rich history serving our region. Since our beginning, we’ve remained headquartered in a historic building dating back to 1893 located two miles from downtown San Jose. It’s a reminder of where we’ve been as we continue to evolve to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
For over half of a century, our responsive local insulation installation teams have serviced the thermal, acoustical and firestop needs of Silicon Valley, the Greater San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Our expertise extends from custom residential applications to apartment complexes and multifamily units to intricate, large-scale commercial and industrial complexes. Whether we are collaborating with a contractor on a large commercial project or helping a homeowner with a home remodel, we provide prompt communication and thorough service.

Safety
At Central California Insulation, we prioritize safety in everything we do. We are always on top of the latest building codes and licensing requirements to keep our projects safe and our clients in compliance. We hold weekly safety meetings, maintain appropriate certifications, and implement programs that ensure our crews are up to date on the latest safety guidelines, including participation in an Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
Along with our in-house safety program, our crews undergo specific training in areas such as Firestopping, Aerial Work Platform Safety, Scaffolding, and Hilti Tool Safety. All field personnel are trained through the Northern California Carpenters Union Apprenticeship Program.
